Makeup favorites

Before I start I can't help but post some pictures of these flowers that my amazing boyfriend got me. <3 I've never been given flowers before and it means so much to me that he did that, I can't even explain.

But anyways! Back to my original post...


I know I switch out what I use almost every month but these are my favorites at the moment.

I just bought the Maybelline Full 'n soft mascara and so far I loooove it! It was one of the top rated mascaras on Makeup ally so I decided I've give it a try, so glad I did. Also... I don't want to jinx myself but if you have trouble with mascara flaking this may be the mascara for you. I wore it all day with no flaking and my lashes looked lovely while staying super black and full.

Another thing I picked up was Revlon PhotoReady foundation. The thing about this is that I already own PhotoReady in 001 Ivory and I stopped using it for the longest time because it made me look crazy pink and shimmery. After testing many different foundations that just dried out my skin and made me look cakey I decided to give it another chance. A few days ago I wore it again and realized that didn't dry out my skin nor did it make me look cakey. As for the shimmer I've decided it's really not as crazy looking as I though and it also makes my dry dehydrated skin look a lot more dewy with a nice glow to it. I also did some research on my shade and saw that there actually was a yellow toned foundation and that I didn't have to worry about looking pink anymore thanks to shade 002 Vanilla. :) I should of figured that out a long time ago but i'm so use to picking the lightest color since i'm so pale, how was I to know that the second color up is usually the yellow undertone. -_- Oh well.

Lastly my Sigma F80 and Lancome 'Le crayon khol' in Black coffee. Not too much to say about these considering I've talked about my Sigma brush in another post and the eyeliner is just... well a dark brown eyeliner I enjoy using instead of black all the time. :P
